The hotel had a fantastic location, perfect for exploring Edinburgh with my hubby. We loved the family-friendly atmosphere. the staff were amazing and attentive. The swimming pool was always a hit with the kids, giving us some quality family time together.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly meal options in the dining area.

Great pool and spa, comfy room with an amazing bed, easy bus access to the city center, and Starbucks on-site!

missingWrote a review on Sept 14poor breakfast
Upon arrival, I noticed the housekeeping left a lot to be desired—previous guests' hair in the bathroom and a dirty shower tray caught my eye immediately. The breakfast setup felt underwhelming, lacking fresh options and leaving out anything truly appetizing. Also, the gym and pool are open to the public, which made it feel busier than you'd want just for a guest experience.

Had a lovely one-night stay where we enjoyed the cozy heater in our double room and the on-site Starbucks was a real treat! The indoor swimming pool and wellness center were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a quick tip, make sure to check your payment details to avoid any hiccups.

comfortable stay with room for improvement
The location was ideal for exploring the city with easy access to local attractions. The facilities, including the gym and pool, provided a great way for our family to unwind together. The room was clean and appeared as advertised online, which was a relief for our stay.
The lack of wardrobe space made it difficult to store our belongings.

Perfect family getaway
Had a blast! The room was super spacious for the fam, and the staff were super nice, always smiling. Breakfast? Yum! The bar had some cool deals too, but the kids found it a bit loud in the evening. Still, totally worth it for the memories made.

disappointed but hopeful for improvements
The hotel staff were courteous and tried to assist us during the mix-up. The alternative arrangement, albeit frustrating, showed an effort to secure accommodation shortly after ours was canceled.
The reservation cancellation was handled poorly, causing unnecessary stress during our stay.

had a great stay here, facilities were awesome and the pool n sauna were super nice to relax in. the bed was extremely comfy and there’s even a starbucks on site for ur coffee fix! plus, there’s plenty of healthy choices at the restaurant which i loved.
staff was a bit overwhelmed during breakfast, leading to long lines and soggy food, which sucked. also, jacuzzi wasn't working on my stay so that was disappointing.
